* Create an aesthetically pleasing, safe, and nurturing environment that stimulates the child’s organic passion to learn and grow.

* To systematically observe and evaluate the individual child:  their strengths and needs.

* Use data to identify where each child is on the learning spectrum and establish a sequence of Montessori lessons and materials to promote personal and academic growth and understanding.

* Professional Learning Communities (Children’s House, Elementary I & II Cohorts) will share information and Best Practices to ensure that NYS Core Curriculum Standards as well as District Mandates are implemented and integrated into the Montessori Program in all classrooms.

* Foster the Board of Education and public support to re-instate and maintain the three-year-old program.

* To develop and retain Montessori certified Guides and Montessori trained staff in all positions.
